There are some fabulous curtain poles to hang your headboard cushions, there is a good
choice of poles and finials on the high street and online, your new headboard cushions will
look great hung from many styles of poles and you can even match fabric with finial colour
giving a real designer look!
What you should consider
You may already have accessories eg. light fittings, wardrobe handles, mirrors etc which
may determine the style of pole you will choose. If you have other chrome accessories
in the bedroom then you probably wouldn’t want to go for a brass pole but chrome, black
or silver would look good and will coordinate nicely with chrome accessories.
There are also some beautiful wooden poles to choose from.
There are some gorgeous finials around, some simple but stylish and other more ornate finials
which make a real statement, it seems a shame that such lovely finials are usually
on the end of curtain poles fairly high up in a room and we wouldn’t always notice them.
However, you can admire stylish finials when used on a pole to hang your headboard
cushions and even change the look whenever you fancy!
I have looked on the high street and online and found curtain poles and finials which
will add real style to a room, and will complement quality fabrics beautifully.
What is the décor you have and what are you wanting to add to that décor?
Do you already have curtains and are looking for fabric to complement the curtains?
Or are you looking to re-decorate with new furnishings?
If you’re looking for fabric to go with current décor, just email me some
pictures and I will be happy to offer suggestions and advice. I can also suggest pole and finial options.
Examples of curtain poles and where to buy
