How to Order

Most headboard cushions are made to order, delivery is usually 2-3 weeks but this will depend on fabric choice. If fabric is in stock delivery can be approximately 2 weeks.  Fabric usually has to be ordered and delivery will depend on supplier but fabric is usually received within a week, Elanbach Fabrics print fabric to order so can take up to 10 days.  Details will be confirmed at the time of enquiry/order.
A selection of headboard cushions are available immediately, this will be shown on the product page.

Handmade cushions and hand painted wall art is also made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery,
however this could also be earlier and will be confirmed at time of enquiry/order.
When an order is received a confirmation email will be sent to confirm full details of the order and an
approximate delivery date.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the email address stated at the time of ordering is correct as this will be used in all correspondence, unless an alternative is advised.

Ordering and paying is easy.

Payments can be made by debit or credit card via PayPal or by cheque.
Simply add to cart your chosen product or products, you can then view cart which will show the product/s and the postage rate.
If you wish to order by email and pay using your Paypal account please email details of your order which I will then confirm.  Payment can then be made using email address

We accept Paypal, the most preferred way to pay online in the U.K because it is a safe, reliable and free way to pay for the items you buy online. Payments can still be processed by PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Payment by cheque
Payment can also be made by cheque (please allow 4 days for cheques to clear). Please email details of your order and a confirmation email will be sent to you together with the postal address.

Delivery and returns

When an order and payment is received an approximate delivery date will be confirmed on the confirmation email.
PLEASE ENSURE that the email address set up with Paypal is correct as this email address will be used in all correspondance unless advised otherwise.

Products are sent either by a courier service eg MyHermes, Yodel or Royal Mail, a signature is not always required. Details of delivery will be advised by email.

Delivery of headboard cushions to a UK address

Headboard cushions are sent by Hermes delivery or Parcelforce.  Delivery takes 3-5 days.
A signature is required.  If there are any alternative instructions for the delivery of your headboard cushions please advise so that this can be added to the delivery instructions.

Delivery of handmade cushions and hand painted wall art
Handmade cushions and hand painted wall art will be boxed and sent by Royal Mail or Hermes delivery, details will be confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery takes 3-5 days.
A signature is required.  If there are any alternative instructions for the delivery of your headboard cushions please advise so that this can be added to the delivery instructions.

Lost or delayed parcels
Orders sent out by Royal Mail or courier delivery are subject to their terms and conditions. Therefore once your item leaves our care we accept no liability for any delay or loss of item, which is the responsibility of Royal Mail/Courier. We will do our best to locate a lost or delayed parcel by contacting the courier involved.

Delivery costs
Delivery is £13.00 for a UK address.  This is based on a courier service which takes 3-5 days, however if you want a next day delivery please request a rate for this service.

Worldwide delivery
If you require delivery to Rep. Of Ireland, Europe, USA & Canada or the rest of the world please email me as I will check the best available option and confirm postage cost. The following prices are a guideline (courier delivery) but will be confirmed at time of enquiry:

Please note that any cushion orders will be sent WITHOUT the inner cushion due to restrictions overseas.

Returns and exchanges (Non-Personalised Products)
We really hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you want to return it, please re-package and return it in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it.

Please email me at to let me know you are sending it so I can expect a delivery.
We can only reimburse you for return postage if the item is damaged. Please obtain proof of postage.

Personalised items
Unfortunately I cannot accept any returns on personalised items unless you have received your items damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Paying for your item
Payment by Paypal is our preferred way of paying for your item (you do not have to have a Paypal account). Alternatively payment by cheque or postal order is acceptable. Please allow 5 days for cheque clearance.

The address that is given to us by Paypal is the address to which the parcel will be sent unless advised otherwise.
